I'm really diving into summer flavors. Repeat after me, "ripe peaches and raspberries!" In the box this week will a mini peach upside down cake. The light and fluffy texture of the cake blends perfectly with the caramelized sugar and peaches that top of this mini cake. It's so good my husband ate three of these in a row (I'm assuming he thought since they were mini, three counted as one regular slice of cake)!

Then I've added a summer twist to my signature gooey brownie that has been described my customers with "My God those brownies are good!" and "It is SO GOOD." This week's brownie will have some fresh raspberry flare. Nothing says "Yummy" like the combination of my gooey chocolate brownie and raspberries. (Picture of the brownies will be posted on Monday)
