Saturday Sweets Bakery offers foods made and sold under the laws and rules of the State of Minnesota for cottage food suppliers. These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. Available products, sales locations, delivery areas, and shipping destinations may be limited by those rules. Products are intended for the end customer and may not be resold unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Saturday Sweets Bakery and the applicable resale is lawful.

Please read the product label and any required cottage food disclosure provided with your order. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help you choose, but handmade items may have reasonable differences in color, decoration, size, or appearance.

Saturday Sweets pastries are gluten-free. However, its products are not subject to state inspection. Ingredient and major-allergen information is provided on the product label or with the product as required by applicable Minnesota law. Products may be prepared or packaged in a home or shared kitchen where allergens are present. Unless Saturday Sweets Bakery expressly confirms otherwise in writing, no product is represented as allergen-free, and cross-contact cannot be ruled out.

If you have an allergy, disease, intolerance, or dietary requirement, review the available information and contact Saturday Sweets Bakery before ordering. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for you or the intended recipient. Product information is not medical advice.

Order requests are not accepted until Saturday Sweets Bakery confirmation or successfully payment, as indicated during checkout. Products, dates, and quantities remain subject to availability.

Saturday Sweets Bakery may decline or cancel an order because on error; ingredient unavailability or capacity; suspected fraud; an unsafe or unlawful request; fulfillment restriction; or act of God. If Saturday Sweets Bakery cancels a paid order, the amount charged for the canceled portion of the order will be fully refunded.

Prices as shown on the website and may change at anytime before an order is placed. The total presented at checkout includes the selected products and any displayed taxes; delivery or shipping charges; discounts or other fees.

Because food is perishable or made for a particular customer, they may not be returnable or refundable after preparation begins, except when required by law or when Saturday Sweets Bakery agrees otherwise. If an order is incorrect, damaged, or appears unsafe, do not consume the affected item and contact Saturday Sweets Bakery promptly using the order-confirmation details.

Available fulfillment methods, locations, windows, charges, and destination limits are shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. Times are estimates unless Saturday Sweets Bakery expressly confirms a guaranteed time. You are responsible for providing a usable address, being available during the agreed window, and following storage, transport, reheating, and food-safety instructions after receiving the order.

Shipping is offered only where permitted. If a shippable order cannot be sent within the promised time, Saturday Sweets Bakery will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. Carrier delays and conditions outside reasonable control may affect arrival after shipment.

If Saturday Sweets Bakery offers a subscription, the frequency, products or benefits, recurring price, pickup or delivery method, and any minimum term will be shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel future renewals using the account or contact method provided with the subscription. Cancellation does not refund a charge already processed or an order already prepared, except when required by law or stated in the subscription offer.

You agree to receive electronic order records and transactional communications at the contact information you provide. Marketing email or text messages require the consent described when you sign up. However, you can unsubscribe or opt-out at anytime by following the instructions in the message.

Saturday Sweets Bakery is responsible for products and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. To the fullest extent the law permits, Saturday Sweets Bakery is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer instructions, failure to collect or receive an order, improper handling after fulfillment, unauthorized resale, or events outside its reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the sale. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
